What We Do:

Better Together Community Support Group is a registered charity based in Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent, supporting families across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

We are an inclusive organisation, committed to ensuring everyone can access our services and activities.

Our Community HQ in Trent Vale is a welcoming, safe space at the heart of the community — somewhere people can drop in for connection, support or simply company. In the current cost-of-living crisis, community support is more important than ever.

We provide free drop-in activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors. Our space allows people to engage at their own pace — particularly those experiencing social anxiety or isolation — without pressure or obligation.

We also promote physical and mental wellbeing in partnership with the NHS, Royal Stoke University Hospital, local schools, councils and other organisations. In addition, we offer practical support such as help with form filling and signposting to further services where needed.
